6.2 Multi-planer screen

To access the multi-planar screen, click the "View > Perspectives > MPR" menu option. The multi-planar screen makes it possible to view coronal, axial, sagittal, and 3D images. This screen is generally used for applications such as oral and maxillofacial lesions and defects, removal of impacted teeth, and treatment of temporomandibular joint pathology.

To locate the desired image, move the slide bar located next to the windows. Indicator lines show the exact image position of one window in relation to the images in the other windows.
