30.9 Edit Splint Model

The Density slider defines mesh smoothness when applying a brush, if the Adaptive Refinement is on. Blue Sky Plan software allows the user to edit the models. Click on the brush icon to select the functionality to eliminate problem areas. The Add/Remove Brush is used for adding/removing the surface material. The Local Deform Brush deforms the surface at a local point. The Smoothing Brush can be used for final modifications and polishing the surface. Resolve Collisions automatically tries to brush off current collisions. The Offset slider sets the offset for the selected models. Use Adaptive Refinement enables better, smoother mesh creation when using the brush.

Plane Cut allows the user to cut a model by a cutting plane. The plane can be moved and rotated and the cutting direction can be inverted. The plane can be reset to the default horizontal position. Both parts of the cut model can be retained (a new Plane Cut remainder model will be created).
