Except for the automatic brush tool, the application provides basic tools for manually adjusting the resulting surgical guide: "Brush Tools". These tools can smooth the surface (i.e. they lower bulging parts and even out depressions), add or remove surface material, locally deform the surface material and edit outlines in the model (only works in 2D). The tool is found under "Model master" module, in the "Model Edit" panel. For more information about model adjustments see section 13.
